Eight boys from Wahdat Camp received eye checks in Mukhtar Mall courtesy of Optikos Shami, followed by an afternoon of bowling courtesy of Bowling City. This was followed by a lunch donated by Lebnani Snack.
The boys had lots of fun and learned new skills. For two of them the eye tests showed previously undetected vision issues which will be followed up by their parents/overseers. One of the goals of FUNDAY health checks is to help provide early detection of optical problems which can have a marked impact on scholastic achievements.
