Distribution of Clothing in Talbieh Camp

STEPS helped to coordinate a distribution of clothes in Talbieh Camp with the help of an individual donor. The distribution took place at the youth club and reached orphans from 6 to 15 years old. Refugee Girls Enjoy FUNDAY at Beauty Salon

Six girls from an orphan society in Khraibat Al Souq attended our fun educational event in Sweifieh. The event included a visit to a beauty salon to learn about hair care and manicure, followed by eye tests and lunch. Teddy Bear Clinic

Thank you to Istishari Hospital for hosting another Teddy Bear Clinic event. STEPS coordinated for 10 children from Al Ghaith Society in Hay Nazzal to attend a fun and educational visit there. Dr. Jawad Yaseen demonstrated basic medical procedures on one of the ‘sick’ teddy bears and shared important health tips. Winter Distribution with Faza’t Watan

FUNDAY at Animal Center

STEPS invited 13 children from Talbieh (Ziziah) Camp for an unforgettable outing to the Humane Center for Animal Welfare. Thanks to the center’s director, Mrs. Margaret Ledger, the children not only learned a lot about the animals they saw, but also about the importance to treat all God’s creatures with respect and kindness. Christmas Angel 2013

STEPS’ Christmas Angel campaigns provide gift boxes to families in need. In spite of the slippery snow and ice on the roads this month, we were able to reach the 28 targeted families. Each one received a generous gift box containing basic food items, festive food items, toiletries, stationery and toys. FUNDAY at Traffic Garden + Dental and Eye Care

صحتي بسمتي  Sahati Basmati / ‘My Health-My Smile’ is a program to promote dental and eye care where young children visit a dentist and an optician, which is followed by outdoor or indoor playtime and snacks.
